We intervene from the conceptual engineering phase, through to the complete execution of the work and the final validation phase of the installation applying international standards.
In every comprehensive project we provide all the equipment to make a new production plant a reality. For this, apart from the actual serum plant, we also lead the construction of the new industrial building, the chamber panels, the electrical installations and all the derived components to deliver the work to the client 100% completed.
We take care of the entire process to guarantee the highest European quality not only in the infrastructure but also in all its components.

Phases for the execution of a turnkey project
Conceptual design and engineering
Development of basic engineering to define the implementation of processes, equipment and work areas.
Risk analysis
Study of each of the risks of the processes in the geographical area of implementation to follow international and national regulations.
Detailed engineering
Delivery of room data sheets, bill of quantities, technical report and construction detail plans of all defined areas.
Project management
Definition of all phases of the project with their execution times agreed with the client. The entire process will be led by a Project Manager from Fredlab.
Installation
Each block of the project will have its own installation team, always coordinated by our own Project manager.
Start up
Start-ups are always carried out with Fredlab teams and the supervision of our Project manager. Until all SAT and OQ are completed, commissioning is not complete.
Validation master plan
All pharmaceutical areas require our teams to provide, together with the client, a Master Plan setting out the delivery of the URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ.
Training
Our project includes a complete training programme for the personnel who will manage the plant in order to guarantee the correct operation of the system.
Maintenance programme
Fredlab offers all its clients different types of maintenance plans, which can be managed electronically through SCADA installations or through on-site visit schedules.
